- A working professional who is clean, tidy, and considerate of shared spaces, particularly the kitchen and bathroom. Ideally not working from home but will consider.

- Kind, with good communication skills,

- Respectful and mindful of noise levels, especially after 10 pm.

- Environmentally conscious, with diligence in recycling and mindful resource use, especially regarding water and electricity.

- Ideally sober or a minimal drinker, with no smoking or drug use.

- No pets, please.

- Willing to contribute to household gardening and cleaning efforts.

Living with myself and one, sometimes two others.

The room is a double but we are looking for a friendly single occupancy lodger only. ie. no couples.

Big garden, plenty of space.
Slap bang between Totnes, Newton Abbot, Torquay and Dartmoor.

Furnished with a desk and chair, side table, double bed, storage area and wardrobe
All bills included.
