The house is a 20 min walk or 5 min drive to the hospital located within the nearby village of Kingskerswell that has a local shop and pubs along with easy commutable connections.
Looking for a single working professional who will fit in well living with only 2 others within the house. Must like dogs though as there is a dog too. 🐶
