Studio style room on top floor with river views, own bathroom with deep bath and shower. Room has sofa, tv, views.
Use of kitchen downstairs. Very easy going landlady who shared previous space with surfers when in Newquay and a guy and his dog here and got on great with everyone.
Prefer one person rather than a couple £550 per month rent.
Also dog friendly. Would consider single parents and child too.
There is use of another bedroom for guests between the owner and your own guests.
