Now the possible difficulty…. I run a dog boarding business. I’m out a lot walking dogs to wear them out, but I will be having a few dogs in the house with me. So the person wanted would ideally be dog friendly.
The house is in a lovely peaceful hamlet surrounded by fields in Landkey but a 5 minute drive to Barnstaple . I’m moving die to a divorce, so The room is currently unfurnished but I am happy to furnish it. Even though it is a dog business, I do keep it very clean and tidy so would like someone similar unless they are in their room. Hopefully I will get the house looking a little more homely in no time.
