Characterful bedroom available in historic cottage

Stunning location equidistant (8 miles) to Exeter, Honiton, Exmouth, and Sidmouth. Also 2 mins from A30 and 10 mins from Exeter Airport. Old Devon Longhouse with amazing sunsets and very relaxed household including two cats and a dog (plus visitors sometimes). Charming bedroom with Queen-size bed and own stairs access available to let. Due to the size of the bedroom its more appropriate for single use but occasional friends staying could be accommodated. I share the house with my incredibly active sociable aging father who has his own 'snug/office' downstairs. All facilities to be shared which include Aga in kitchen, and wood-burning stove in very cosy sitting-room. There is a downstairs loo near the bedroom to let and a shared bathroom with shower and bath upstairs. There is Wi-Fi which reaches this bedroom via cable (due to cob walls) but this could be modified if necessary.
Outside space includes bumpy old grass tennis court (open to anyone to use in the summer),a sizable garden and attached quiet summer campsite with fire-pit etc.
Looking for someone happy to be in rustic rural location that wants to be involved as much as they do or don't want to be with the household. This could include the odd shared meals. I work 20 hours for the NHS and am also self-employed outside of that so am fairly busy in and out of the house. Happy to have a lodger any number of days a week and could price the rent accordingly (per/night if convenient).
