My partner and I are looking to rent the spare room of our 3 bedroom house. It is a new build house in a quiet street at the back of a newly built residential development. There is parking available as well as a spacious, south facing garden with a chimenea and decking as well as a patio area which you are welcome to make use of. The main bathroom will be primarily for your use as we have our own en-suite.
You will have your own shelf in the fridge and cupboard space in the kitchen. You are welcome to make use of our plates and pans etc.
Included in the rent will be all usual bills (water, gas, electric and internet) and a Fire Stick for the TV.
We are a professional couple, a teacher and a solicitor, who have three cats, Barney, Ronald and Albus, who are very friendly and generally independent.
If a couple is renting the room, the rent will be adjusted to £500 to cover an increase in bills.
We are open to discussions about mon-fri lets.
