Room to rent in relaxed family home, Newton Abbot

Part of the extensive back garden - relaxing and quiet

Hello! For a working female of any age we have a pleasant, bright room with single bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and chest of drawers. We are a working couple with seven-year-old son, situated in a quiet and secluded part of Ogwell, Newton Abbot.

We enjoy the creative arts, walking our 2 (very friendly!) dogs, chatting through the evening, filling the house with the smell of good cooking and a perhaps inadvisable quantity of red wine. We're looking for a house-mate who's laid-back and respectful of a relatively quiet environment, and who's warm, open-minded and positive.

Available are WiFi, laundry facilities, a lovely rear garden and patio, parking in a very quiet cul-de-sac, a shower/bathroom separate to our own and shared use of a large kitchen.

We are a 25-minute walk or 4-minute bus journey (nos. 176 + 177, Country Bus, or no.7 Stagecoach) from good old Newton Abbot town centre and the delights of ASDA supermarket, and there's a gym, public pool, sports centre, park, woodland walk and cinema all among the town's nearby amenities.
