Double ensuite room for rent in family home

Hi!

We are a married couple with a three year old little boy (and a downstairs only cat).

We have a good sized converted double ensuite attic room available to rent.

There is a double bed, 2 chests of drawers, storage unit, ironing board, coat stand, mini hoover, fridge, toaster, kettle, iron and microwave. The ensuite has a washing basket in it and a small storage unit and you're welcome to bring anything else with you.

The room has blinds on the velux windows. There is a smoke detector, fire blanket and extinguisher in the room.

The rest of the house is available for you to use (kitchen, lounge and courtyard garden) if you wish to share but we don't mind if you like to keep yourself to yourself.

We are looking for a clean, friendly but private housemate who works fulltime and understands that this is a family home and not a party house share- we like the quiet (as much as it can be with a 3 year old!).

Rent is £450 all inclusive.
Deposit is £450 plus 1 months rent upfront.
6 months minimum.
References required.
