The house is perched on the top of Knowles Hill. It's warm, sunny and lovely and quiet. It's an easy safe walk into the town and there is plenty of un-restricted on-road parking just outside the property.
The light and airy double room is fully furnished (not the furniture shown). It's decorated with white wash walls and new, neutral carpet. It also benefits from lovely open views towards Teignmoutb estuary and isn't overlooked.
The room is on the second floor of the property and shares a bathroom with two other tenants. It has a large shower, roll top bath, loo and sink.
There is a spacious shared kitchen/breakfast room with range cooker.
There is also a utility room/second shower room with a washing machine. (Two of the rooms have their own ensuites so two bathrooms shared between 4 tenants).
We're after a reliable, quiet and respectful tenant who is happy to muck in with keeping the house clean and tidy. No party animals please!
