Spare room in quiet village

’m moving out of my house share in the next couple months, so there will be a room going spare. It’s in Newton Poppleford, four bedroom house, with only two other roommates. There’s a shared living room that no one ever uses, a dining/utility rooms, kitchen, spare bedroom which is mostly used as a storage room with plenty of storage space in and around the house. The bath has very recently been replaced, with a glass screen instesd of a shower curtain. In a quiet place in a village, with a small garden area through the courtyard that looks over the river. Neighbours are all lovely and friendly. Is very much known as a commuting village, very easy to get to multiple towns/cities. Message if interested and for more photos.
