A lovely, light spacious separate Studio recently renovated, for a single person or a couple, set in the foothills of Dartmoor National Park, yet in easy reach of a small market town. The Studio has a private entrance, studio style living area, fully equip kitchen, double bedroom & shower room.

Available from October. £250 per week / £850 per month for one person. If it's a couple it is £1000 per month. Will consider up to 12 month let.
Off road private parking, safe space to store bikes.
Cleanliness, quietness and tidiness are important.
The annex is:
A 5 min walk from the train station and the train to Exeter takes 38min.
A 5 min walk to the Granite Way which leads you to Dartmoor, the stunning walks around Meldon reservoir, and ancient oak woods.
A 5 min walk to the centre of town, with lots of independent shops plus 3 big super markets, cafes and restaurants.
A 5 min walk to Simmons park and leisure centre.
Two gorgeous rivers, beautiful woodlands and Dartmoor are literally on our doorstep.
