Double en-suite/full use of 3 bed house

Hi I’m seeking a housemate to share 3 bed house with. Large furnished double en-suite bedroom with built in wardrobe. Full use of house and garden and off road parking space. Feel free to have guests over and decorate bedroom. Couples accepted and pet considered. Couples would be an extra £150pcm. Im 25yo male full time working professional, I work late most nights and am out a lot at weekends so you can feel free to make the most of the home and there is even a small 3rd bedroom for the occasional guest to sleep over. The price reflects that you would be renting a whole house with bills included and sharing with the landlord rather than a typical room rental situation. I’m very easy going and would like whoever rents with me to feel at home but normal house share etiquette would apply such as cleaning up after yourself to maintain the standard of the house, checking in before having guests over, being respectful of neighbours and providing your own food/toiletries/laundry detergent etc. I will provide cleaning products etc. Ideally I am looking for a long term situation.
