Due to relationship breakdown I am looking for a roommate to share my rented house with from the beginning of March. I rent from my stepfather so have no landlord issues and the house is close to Paignton town centre. I am 25 years old and work full time. I have two house cats who are very friendly and well behaved. Room is on the first floor (upside down house) is large and unfurnished with small en suite but shower rail/curtain needs to be put up. Bedroom will also need curtains but has obscure glass windows anyway. Kitchen would be shared so looking for someone who can be tidy and respectful. I am a quiet but friendly person and am looking for a roommate who is preferably similar in age but am flexible on this. There is also a third bedroom in the house which I am happy to share for storage purposes etc. House is fully furnished otherwise with shared living room/dining area. I have sky tv and broadband installed. There is street parking outside but it is first come first serve but usually a space can be found. Please message me for more details. (FYI room will be cleared before anyone moves in!!!)
