Single Room in Family Home

Single bedroom available in Paignton. Within walking distance of Morrisons, Paignton Zoo, Town Center and the main bus routes.

Rent of £100 per week includes contribution to all household bills (to be discussed if anything is excessively used), including WiFi & TV licence too.

Happy to include breakfast and evening meal (standard or vegetarian diet) at no extra cost if wanted ...

You would have the use of family room, kitchen and bathroom whenever needed as well as access to washing machine and tumbledryer.

This is a family home comprising of 2 adults and 2 teenagers, there are also a range of pets including Dogs (huskies), Cats & Rabbits.

The room is fully furnished with single bed, bedside table, desk and chair, small wardrobe, chest of drawers and a combination TV/DVD. Towels and bedding also provided.

We are friendly, and easy-going, and just ask that you keep the room clean and reasonably tidy, clean up after meals, help with household chores if needed.

We would prefer a female room mate as our younger guests are female, but will consider any gender. Students are welcome. No smoker preferred unless willing to smoke outside (no exceptions)

4 weeks deposit, references and ID required.
