I have two single beds available in a double room and 1 single bed in a single room with a modern shared shower room, sink, and toilet. I provide the bedding and I will supply breakfast and dinner for £25.00 per week extra.
The house is modern and clean, with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and air fryer.
I have two small twin cats called William and Harry who I adopted. They are very friendly. I now also have a puppy sausage dog called Holli.
I live with Steve and he works as a carpenter in social housing.
I have had many students over the years and I have been CRB checked and have a gas safety certificate.
In the spring we have a barbeque and jacuzzi outside and you are welcome to invite your friends around.
I would like to house working people. There is a bus at the top of the road which goes directly to the local bus station.
