I am happy to share the space and for you not to be limited to your room. Pet friendly home.

I am a professional worker and you may have the house to yourself quite a bit. But there may be times we can watch a film or chat if we are comfortable to.

The bathroom has a bath and over bath power-shower with a side glass screen.

Large double bedroom (available) overlooks the back garden/trees there is a lounge and open fireplace, large kitchen diner with breakfast bar.

Washing machine/drier/fridge/freezer/ hob/oven/microwave.

I would like someone that is happy in their own space as well as social when appropriate.

Someone that will utilise the facilities and tidy-up after themselves. Prefer someone that goes out to work, not work from home exclusively.

I don't mind if you smoke/vape, just never in the house. There is space if you want grandchildren/nieces or nephews to stay.

My house is 10 minute walk to Victoria Park, 15 min walk to Paignton Seafront. There are bus stops close by.

If you have your own bedroom furniture I can make the room. empty for you.

The room is available as soon as you are.

I would want to meet for a coffee and see how we get on.
