Private very large home, near Preston Sands, 2 mins to the sea, with seaviews, with mum and two older children 21 and 23 and our lovely lodger who is quiet and respectful.

3 bathrooms and one kitchen with an extra untilty room for our 2 lodgers to use to cook in aswell. Lovely garden too.
Suitable for single professional quiet person who likes private space.

2 mins from the beach, shops, bus routes and in-between Paignton and Torquay. 20 mins walk from train stations and short drive to hospitals.
We have 2 friendly labradors springer dogs who are 11 and we are a chilled healthy household.

We endeavour to focus on natural products like detergent and soaps etc where possible and our garden is organic. We are respectful and peaceful household so looking for a like-minded person to join us.
