We have just bought the property and have 2 spare rooms on the second floor one is a double and the other is a single room. There is a large bathroom next to the room which will be just for those rooms. There is no shared living areas or kitchen so we will provide a fridge, microwave and kettle in your room. We are very central in Paignton, close to Victoria Park and the beach. There is on street parking. I live in the property with my partner and two dogs. Each room is for single occupancy only.
