Rooms to rent in Paignton

The rental is for a double bedroom, a bathroom, a lounge and a kitchen style room (please note, there is no running water in the kitchen area, there is a free standing sink and a draining board please see in photos), we are live in landlords, we both work and we have three dogs, so you must like dogs, shared front door, but our living area is downstairs and will be gated off,,(please be aware that our dogs are relatively quiet but will bark at times, when we are not at home), the rental is for the whole of the upstairs which consists of 4 private rooms. Bills will be included along with the use of the internet, we will require a reference and a months deposit. There is parking on the drive for one small car in a designated space, there is a bus stop at the end of the road and The Bus station and train station is about 15 mins walk away., the nearest shop /Post office is about a 5 min walk away. Please note, there will be no shared access to our living accommodation therefore no access to a washing machine or garden.
