I am looking for a clean and friendly person who is well educated gentleman or lady or foreign student to occupy and enjoy my room that I present to you at its best.
The house is a ten minute walk (two mins by bicycle) from the town centre and has parking either on the road or to the side of the house.....There is a shared kitchen with your own exclusive cupboard and any kitchen utensils you may choose for your own use whilst in occupation .There us a new washing machine, microwave and gas stove/oven cooker to prepare those roasts or pizzas when you are so inclined to bake. You will be expected to leave the kitchen clean when you've finished.
There is a flatscreen tele in the dining room which we watch, but you may prefer to use the broadband wifi in your room to tune into any programs you choose on your labtop.
Meals can be enjoyed in the dining room or in your room whenever you choose it to be.
There is a garden and I compost all kitchen waste to protect the environment and feed rhe kitchen garden that has many fruit trees.

The weekly rent is very cheap for this high quality room i know as i want to rent it to the right person to enjoy who will look after it and pay the rent on time.
