One double bedroom available in large bungalow

I have one double bedroom available now with fitted wardrobes and a double bed.

The room is £120 week single occupancy. Deposit is two weeks rent in advance.

The house is central heated with free wifi internet broadband provided. The kitchen is fully fitted with all utensils available and there is also a washing machine provided. There is also a fitted bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Things to note about the property are that there is no communal lounge area. There is a lovely small patio area available at the front of the house.

The house is located approximately 1 mile from Paignton town centre and train station. It is a 5 minute walk from the bus stop which goes to South Devon College and is also in close proximity to the ring road that leads to Torquay and Newton Abbot. Local superstores such as Morrisons are a 10minute walk.

The house has a very relaxed atmosphere and I would like the new housemate to be considerate and respectful to the other housemate.
