The house is on Homefield Road, 7 minutes walk to the RD & E Hospital or St Luke's Campus and is easily accessible for the main university campus as well. The house is currently enjoyed by medical students and will be available again from the 5th of September for academic year.

Downstairs there is one double bedroom, dinning room, sitting room, large modern kitchen, large conservatory and separate WC. First floor: two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, second floor a large double bedroom. Large outside patio and low maintenance garden.
