Costs can be worked out on a weekly basis if needed, although would prefer someone for the full time period.

Bright double room with built in closet. Double bed with mattress, chest of drawers and small bedside table can be included if needed.

Main bathroom has a bath and shower, excellent water pressure (there’s also a downstairs WC).

Kitchen 🍳
Well-equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, Ninja air fryer, plenty of cookware, cutlery, crockery etc.

Living room 🛋️
Lovely space with a corner sofa, dining table and chairs and patio doors out to the garden.

Garden 🪴
Large, tiered garden with patio (and bbq), grass and stoned area, it’s such a sun trap so is perfect as we head into early summer.

Parking 🚗
There’s a double driveway to the side of the house and on street parking (no permit needed).

This is a lovely home in a quiet development off Tithebarn Way. It has excellent transport links (bus at the end of the road and Pinhoe Station 10 min walk, easy access to M5). You have Sainsbury’s, Lidl and Aldi within 10 min drive/20 min walk, also close to local gyms and the nature reserve.

Unfortunately I cannot accept families, students or pets.
