The current tenants are a lovely bunch of young people aged between 21-28 that are either working or doing some form of apprenticeship / study program, hence the no party house request.

The house is located very close to Plymouth City Centre. In fact you can take a lazy stroll and reach Primark, local amenities as well as buses that take you all over the city in just a 3 minutes!

There is a shared kitchen, 2 shared bathrooms and 2 wc's, to make sure you don't get caught short if one bathroom isn't free.

We have several schemes to help you rent the room, but typically you can expect to pay 1st months rent (as stated on this ad) which includes ALL bills as well as a new 350mb super dooper fast internet from Virgin Media.

There's a £250 deposit (we do accept PATH Bonds) and do not charge any fees, etc so its just £675 upfront to move in.
