Single Room Walking Distance-Hospital (Mon-Fri)

Hi all,
I have a single room available on a mon-Fri arrangement basis in Derriford. The room comes fully furnished as seen in the photos. The whole house has been turned around with brand new kitchen (all new appliances, washing machine, induction hob, 2 fridge freezers, tumble dryer, oven and microwave. Downstairs WC. Brand new boiler and all electrics upgraded. Super fast broadband and big garden to enjoy in the summer months. Brand new bathroom suite with huge shower and separate bath. Photos do not do it justice!

I am 32 years old and consider myself friendly and approachable. I work long hours and go to the gym in the evenings so am usually in bed by 21:00 so you will rarely see me. On the weekends I am usually busy doing something. I consider myself a clean and tidy person. I clean the house from top to bottom (usually on a Friday afternoon, i do not touch the tenants rooms.) I would also like any potential tenant to be clean, tidy and respect the house.

The area is lovely and quiet and has ample parking. There are nice views from the bedrooms, front room and kitchen overlooking Dartmoor. There is a main bus route which is a 5 minute walk from the house and several supermarkets which are about a 20-30 minute walk or 10 minute bus journey. There is also a local shop which is a 15 minute walk. The hospital and marjon uni are both a 20 minute walk from my house.

Working tenants preferred.

I also have a dog so must be ok with that. And one other female tenant who stays mon-Fri who also has a dog. So for this reason probably wouldn’t want any other pets unfortunately. Both are very friendly and love a cuddle. But quite energetic.
