Sea View Room - Short Term Let

Lucien and I are looking for a short term flat mate to share our flat on Grand Parade. The room available has an immediate sea view (with no road in-between!) and a large lawn out of the front which is fully accessible.

The room is South facing so we get incredible sea sunsets and picturesque mornings. The infamous Drakes island and Mount Edgecombe are just across the water.

The room my boyfriend and I share has an en suite, so the bath room will be all yours.

The room currently has a bed, bedside unit with drawers, shelves and a chest of drawers.

We have on street parking, a permit is £30 for the year, this permit allows you to park around parts of the Barbican, The Hoe and town centre (anywhere in zone H).

The Hoe is a really fun place to live near with lots of nice cafes (when they’re open!), the Barbican and Royal William Yard are close by. About 30 seconds out of our front door there are many pathways leading to the water, rocky beaches are accessible when the tide is out. There are always many swimmers and paddle borders out on the water.

My boyfriend and I are very easy going and homely. We are active, we love skating, surfing, music, culture, films and cooking.
