Accommodation- Situated in a prime location on the Cornish banks of the River Tamar, just south of the Tamar Bridge and the Brunel Railway Bridge.-

Close to Num 2 Bus to Plymouth Centre from Saltash Village.,

In its own right has a significant number of maritime assets including a listed quay, pier with landing stage, slipways, moorings, pontoon and walkway, dinghy racks and a boat park.

To the north of the bridges you can meander up past Cargreen and then on to Cotehele.

Head a little further and you will reach the small village of Calstock, set in a deep valley and with its old railway viaduct towering above.​

A 30 minute sail south and you'll arrive in Plymouth Sound, the sea-farers gateway to Britain's Ocean City.
This provides easily navigable access to the English Channel and some of Britain's finest sailing waters, including the picturesque coasts of South Devon and South East Cornwall with their idyllic estuaries, beautiful beaches, and quaint villages

The local village Saltash is just up the road from our mooring.

She has a large spacious, inviting cockpit with a stunning modern stand out Kitchen (Fully equipped with all necessary appliances) that can sit 7 people comfortably for breakfast dining. Plus TV.

Lower Deck-Living Room/Lounge
Measuring 3.5m in Length, 4m in Width and 190cm Height.

Leading down from the upper deck a great modern living room that can sit 10 guests comfortably and has the accommodation area to sleep 3 guests. It is also provided with an extending table for 6.
Accessories- Sam sung TV and DVD .Fusion Sound System linked to Upper and Lower deck.

The living room also provides an-En Suite for guests
