If you are looking for space, then renting a room in my house, an end of terrace late Victorian villa might be just the job! With high ceilings spacious open areas, big windows which let lots of light in, you won't feel cramped!

Located on a no-through road very close to Plymouth central train station and university, the town centre is a very short walk and Sainsbury's a 2 minute walk away. Close to direct bus routes to Derriford.

Mattress protectors provided, welcome to bring your own pictures and some light furnishings. Each of the bedrooms are lockable with your own key.

The shared ares comprise of the entrance hall, living room (very large and spacious with a 43" TV), kitchen, landing and bathroom along with an outsise patio and laundry;

Kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, a freezer, cooker and microwave, kettle and toaster. Cutlery, plates, bowls and saucepans provided.

The shared bathroom has a power shower, sink and toilet, although the brave are welcome to use the "thunder box" lavvy in the yard!

A washing machine is provided and is located in the laundry room accessed from the small rear patio, where there is a clothes line for drying. There is plenty of room for securely storing bikes.

Although broadband is not included, there is Virgin Media cable available - perhaps club together with your fellow house-sharers and subscribe.

Resident permit parking is available in Zone FF

One room is already let and I am looking for a second renter for the large double toom.. Although the property is 3 bedrooms, I am only looking to rent 2 of the rooms, so plenty of space. The 3rd bedroom can be used occasionally by guests with permission.
