Hello! We have a great room available to rent in a modern four bedroom Victorian terrace house.

We’re looking for a compatible housemate who is kind and considerate of others, cleans up after themself and is willing to share the responsibility of cleaning the shared areas so we can carry on living in a lovely home 🙂

Me and my partner are currently travelling so we won’t be around for a while. The other two housemates are super friendly and work in children’s mental health and the service industry. Everyone in the house share similar interests such as sea swimming, climbing and travel.

Spacious room available to rent in convenient location. The room has been refurbished to a high standard with IKEA furniture, 50” Smart TV, Venetian blinds and fresh carpet.

Located 1 minute walk away from Aldi, 4 minutes walk to Freedom Fields Park and Mutley Plain. 6 minutes walk to PureGym and 18 minutes to Sutton Harbour/Barbican. This centrally located townhouse is close to all amenities.

The bottom level has a large kitchen / diner that has two full sized fridge / freezers. The cosy lounge has a log burner and comfy seating. This leads onto the large rear courtyard where there are two washing lines to use and plenty of space to dry clothes.
