This a really really lovely student only house share, we have just advertised all 5 bedrooms for availability from Sept 2024.
The house is gorgeous it has just been fully redecorated and recarpetted. and has great style throughout and modern furnishings, it’s extremely well presented it’s genuinely quite unique and very homely and significantly better than the majority of typical student houses according to our current students tenants (graduations in the summer - hence it’s available next year) . There’s a great lounge and very stylish kitchen with all the appliances you’d need including full modern laundry facilities. There is a shower room, plus a stylish bathroom too and two toilets. it’s great if you have a car ad there’s street parking too. I have put in high speed BT WiFi too. It’s located in a fab upmarket tree lined avenue (St Jude’s - 30 seconds from Freedom Fields Park) and only a 10 minute walk to the city or university.
It’s Very light, airy but cosy too.
