Double bedroom available in spacious 4 bed house

We have 1 large double bedroom available in our spacious 4-floor house in North Stonehouse, close to the city centre and the coast.

The bedroom is officially unfurnished, although there is furniture left behind by previous housemates that you are welcome to buy/use.

Current housemates:
Two health professionals and a chef. We are a friendly household, but also value our privacy. We are all quite independent but enjoy shared house meals from time to time, and often watch Netflix together in the evenings. It’s not a party house, so if that’s what you’re looking for, this is not the house for you.

There is a spacious communal kitchen and living room, a pretty courtyard garden that leads into the park, two bathrooms each shared between two housemates. On road permit-only parking (arranged with the council). Bills come to around £100 a month per person and are in addition to the rent (these vary depending on time of year).

We are looking for a likeminded working professional or PhD student, ideally someone who is easy-going, tidy and respectful. If you like the sound of any of that, give us a message to tell us a bit about you and we’ll organise a video tour :)
