Cat lover required ! Double room in large house

Furnished double room in large detached house. Room includes double pine bed and 2 double wardrobes with full length mirror. TV can be included if required. Shared bathroom with full access to living room and kitchen/diner. Easy access to city/Derriford hospital, several bus route stops within 100 yards. On drive parking can be worked out if you would like it. Couple of local pubs and shops ( Co Op, Tesco Express, Post Office and bakery / Take away) within easy walking distance.

Please be aware that you would have to be happy with sharing the house with my four cats more than you would have to with me! :-) I work away from home quite a lot and would ask that you be able to look after the true landlords of the house whenever I’m away. This involves feeding twice daily, dishing out treats and catnip on demand and if they so choose, the occasional cuddle 🙂
Bills included, however, if I’m away working then it would be up to you to pay for your gas/electric, if it runs low, until I’m home. I'll always top it up before I leave, It’s done with a prepay key so easy enough to pop to the shop to top up !
