I have 2 spacious double rooms available, each the room has a smart TV, a Sky Q box, fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable double bed, an enclosed wardrobe, shelving and chest of drawers.
The house is a 5 minute walk from the dockyard north yard and south yard entrances. Devonport park is close by, as well as 4 co-ops within a 1/2 miles radius.
Short term let is fine.
£100-£110 a week includes high speed broadband, a Sky Q box, a smart television and all bills.
2 weeks rent in advance, minimum of 1 reference please.
