Hello everyone, I am looking for someone to takeover my contract. This is a gorgeous house on Evelyn Place and the students that live there will all be going into second year and are studying a range of subjects (architecture, physio therapy, law, conservation biology). They enjoy nights out as well as nights in and exploring Plymouth during their time off.

This room is a large double on the first floor and has a beautiful bay window letting in lots of light. There is also a sink in the room.
