Mon-Fri let preferred but 7 days can be discussed with me if needed. This room is ideal for contractors who need flexibility to leave at short notice due to it only being 2 weeks notice required from both yourself (or me)
On street parking.
Two weeks rent in advance . Proof of employment required.
Rules - Smoking outside including e cigarettes. Use of drugs is not acceptable. No overnight guests unless discussed first. Sharing with the home owners . No other tenants.
