Double bedroom in two bed house

Hey, I'm James a 29 year-old full time working from home man who likes adventures, theatre, film and music. I have a spare bedroom in my two bed house located in Camels Head. On street parking, great bus links, Lidl up the road.

I'm looking for a down to earth person to rent my spare bedroom which is currently being used as my office, but things will be moved around once someone is in the room. I have put that my preference would be a woman due to previous male housemates being untidy and would generally like to find someone a bit more respectful and mature. The room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe with draws, small desk, side table, table lamp. If you have your own furniture we can arrange for that to be used too. It's a pretty quiet house, sometimes I may have a friend or two over but you're welcome to join us. I work from home most of the day and often go to the gym, a bike ride, a swim, or wherever afterwards, and you're most welcome to join.

The kitchen is fairly small but has enough space for two people's things and storage. Bathroom has a shower, bathtub, sink, toilet. Lounge/dining area is bright and couple of sofas to relax on watching television.

Bills can be included. WiFi included.
