Double Bedroom to Rent

Hey, my names Rhia and I live in my house in Plymouth with my pooch Murphy. He’s very well trained although a bit of an attention seeker so I can’t promise he won’t want hugs!

I live alone in my 3 bedroom house and have a large double room to rent. It is furnished with double bed, mirror, drawers, clothes rack and a desk. I have a shared bathroom with shower and shared kitchen (it’s a bit dated as I’ve been renovating but does the job) and a garden.

For work, I’m a professional and work from home around 4/5 week days. I’d be looking to share with another professional.

In my spare time I’m quite busy with friends and sports & am very sociable & friends do visit. I’ve put a lot of effort into doing up the home (it was horrible) and therefore would appreciate someone that respects my house & keeps it clean and tidy.

I’d consider short term lets and a flexible contract. All I’d ask is that we each gave a months notice if you came to moving out.
