Your bedroom (4.1m x 3.0m) has fitted wardrobes including hangers, bedside drawers and lamp, desk and chair and extra storage space beneath bed. The bedroom can be used for remote or hybrid working.

There is an upstairs bathroom with toilet and a separate downstairs toilet. In the kitchen you will have access to the fridge freezer, washing machine, oven, cooker, microwave, cupboard space, kitchen utensils and cooking equipment. There is a large living room diner, high speed broadband and a south facing garden and also allocated parking.

The location is conveniently situated with Aldi and Freedom Fields Park just around the corner. Mutely Plain and Plymouth City Centre are within walking distance with plenty of shops nearby. The A38 is just 9 mins drive down the road to get out of Plymouth or into Cornwall. There are well connected bus routes and the train station close by.

I’m a positive easy-going person to live with, happy to have a chat or let you have your own space. I work during the week, partly remote working in my own bedroom and other times in the office. Outside of work I enjoy a variety of hobbies.
