Must be clean & tidy, treat the house as you would your own. Little quirks like drying the wooden kitchen surface and opening windows in a steamy bathroom. Common sense for upkeep of a Victoria terrace. Good links to town via bus, next to A38 near big Sainsburys. Will only accept the right person.
