Looking for a respectful clean and quiet tenant for a house in centre of city center. I am open to any kind of negotiations regarding rent, period and deposit. At the mom I have a 2 double rooms available for 2 fuilltime employed persons. Maxim Internet contract provided 996 mb/s. The house have 2 bathrooms and 4 rooms and is situated in PI1 . Rooms are clean and nice. One of it have a 6 months old mattress I paid 500 for and a nice smart tv with netflix included. The house is very safe. At the mom nobody locks their room and rent is paid by leaving the money on the table. Never missed a penny!
