Bright double room in colourful friendly house

Dining Room

The house is in central Plymouth about 3mins walk from the train station. I, Abiella (33) work freelance in events and photography and my other housemates Oisín (28) works at sea 5 weeks on and 5 weeks off as a Hydrographic Serveyor, and Moss (27) is a supervisor at the Bread & Roses pub.
The room available is a cosy double room. The rent is £110 a week all inclusive. The Room is available for up to four weeks until early May.
The house has a shared kitchen, dining room, living room and garage/courtyard. There are two indoor shower rooms and one outdoor toilet (3 toilets in all).
There is a large fridge and freezer.
We try to be eco-freindly and use the local re-fill shop for household cleaning prducts, we also like to keep the house very clean and tidy and do not leave washing up or dirty towels lying around ect - I personally smoke outside when I drink but it is stricktly non smoking inside the house.

We love to cook, we don't mind any diets particularly but exsessive cooking of meat is undesireable.

We are very chilled and quite social but also happily do our own thing, the house is not a party house but we do love to do dinner party’s or have the odd inpromtu get together.

We enjoy live music, camping and swimming so we are often out on adventure’s especially in the summer.
