Newly renovated bedroom in Peverell

This newly renovated double bedroom is furnished with a double wardrobe, 5 drawer chest of drawers, bedside table, ottoman (lift up storage) bed and mirrors, but I am happy to move things around if you’d like to bring your own furniture!

The house itself has been newly renovated with a brand new bathroom, brand new kitchen, and this bedroom has been replastered, newly decorated with new carpet, freshly paint and furnished.

Ideally, I'm looking to rent a room to a similar aged professional, with similar interests and for the house to be a home that is well-looked after with a nice communal atmosphere (glass of wine on the sofas whilst watching trash tv is always welcome!). I work at the Dockyard and split my time between working from home and on site, but I will always be respectful of your working hours/requirements. The house is my home and I want it to feel like yours too, so I would love to know you! I have shared houses in the past so I am used to living with other people and therefore respectful of your privacy, personal space but would also love to hang out together outside of the house (brunch? Walk?)

Just to note, I may dog sit for my family dog occasionally during the week. She's called Tiggy; she's incredibly loving (she just loves attention!) very well behaved, doesn't malt and is hypoallergenic. I have attached a photo of her as she may be an occasional visitor or walk companion.

All utility bills included, subject to fair usage, including council tax and fibre broadband, access to all kitchen appliances (range cooker, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer) and any random kitchen gadgets I have. I also have a locked cellar underneath the house (great for storing bikes, paddleboards, hiking stuff etc) and a private patio/garden that you can use whenever you'd like.

The house is located on a quiet road with free on street parking and a bus stop literally at the end of the road which connects to town, Derriford and the Dockyard. The property itself has recently undergone an intense renovation, but there may be some parts that will need finishing up but this will only add to the standard of the property over time!
