Our household is an all-female house, occupied by the friendly and easygoing landladies, my friend and I. Adding to the charm is Frances, our well-behaved and domesticated house rabbit. For those who prefer a pet-free environment, worry not, Frances has her own designated area within the house.

The rent payment covers gas, electric, water, council tax, TV license, and high-speed broadband.

A one-month rent deposit is required, and prospective tenants should be prepared to provide references and proof of income.
