Double room (unfurnished) available from September

Available bedroom (will be unfurnished)

Lovely garden-view, unfurnished double bedroom available in a two bed house in Peverell from 1st September 2024 (possibly sooner). You'll be sharing with myself, a friendly 28-year-old PhD student, and my bouncy dog Momo (pictured) who will be nearly 2 by the time the room becomes available. The house is ideally located for people without a car, with multiple bus stops around to go into town and the train station not too far either. If you do own a car, there's parking available in the road. I'm looking for somebody who is friendly, reliable, clean, and respectful of the fact that I often work from home and therefore need a relatively quiet environment. If you love dogs that's also a plus. Bills at present are £103.5 and include water, gas and electricity, WiFi, and renters' insurance. Plenty of storage throughout the house and in the shed (there's room for bikes, surf boards, boxes, etc). The landlords are lovely and extremely helpful in case of problems with the house. I'm not quite sure about how the landlords would feel about another pet in the house, but feel free to share your details with me and we'll see what they say :)

A little bit about me. I only recently started a PhD in Marine Sciences and I love it. I enjoy painting, reading crime fiction, and chilling while watching Netflix. Momo is a friendly labrador mix girl (on the smallish side) who loves food and playing with her ball. She's very affectionate, but she is bouncy (if you're scared of dogs she's definitely not for you). If you think we might be a good match for you, do drop me a message :)
