The property is a three bedroom ground and first floor maisonette. I have a lovely large double bedroom for rent with shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom. There is a second toilet on the ground floor.
I am hoping to set the small third bedroom up with gym equipment when I can.

The property is very convenient for Derriford Hospital and there is plenty of parking. There is also an excellent bus service into the city.
I’m a 36 year old straight guy, very easy going. Although I live alone my girlfriend does sometimes stay.
I am asking for a deposit of £100 although happy to negotiate as I understand that not everyone is able to pay a deposit.
The room is available from 1st April. Although £550 per calendar month I don’t mind if you prefer weekly.
