Hello,
Looking for someone to rent a room in my flat in the near future as I’m moving in with my partner. This is my first flat and has been a beloved home for two years, so looking for someone who will take care of it. Current housemate is a friend and really lovely to live with. I’ve been living here with my dog so open to pets depending on their nature etc. 1-3 month stay welcome, just seeing how it all goes.
Close to the uni (where current housemate works) so perfect for a post-grad etc. also close to town and nice parks if you did have a dog.
The room is a double with a big window and recently restored floorboards. Can be partially furnished if this is helpful, otherwise happy to remove my furniture. There are two built in wardrobes so lots of space. There is also a shared lounge / kitchen, small utility and bathroom. There is a patio area outside which I have previously grown things in pots, but can be used to store bikes etc as it is secure behind a garage door.
Taking initial enquiries, but will need to arrange a meet up with me + current housemate ☺️
