The room is furnished with a double bed, mattress, bedside table, built-in shelved cupboard & 2 x hanging rails. Reasonable furniture requests/unfurnished considered.


All bills included (WiFi, energy, water & council tax).


Live-in Landlord:

32 year old female, full time working professional (office based Mon-Fri), easygoing, friendly, social - out of the house a lot!

2 very cuddly indoor cats in the property.
Looking for:

Female tenant, preferably 25+, working professional/mature student only. Must be considerate, tidy, clean & like cats! No smokers (vaping outside fine), no pets.
Someone with similar interests/hobbies/mindset, someone happy in their own space but also happy to share space, watch movies etc.
