I have quiet loft room available to rent in my home near the main entrance to Ford Park Cemetery, Mutley.

This room has its own private set of stairs from the first floor and 3 Velux roof windows giving far reaching views of the city and beyond.

The room has its own ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, radiator and another skylight.

The room is part furnished, a double bed and mattress are provided and the room has plenty of hanging and storage space.

The room has the latest Fibre 900 high speed broadband and its own internet socket and comes complete with automatic lighting.

The house has gas central heating, double glazing.
There is a communal kitchen and the lounge has a dining table.
There is also outside space at the rear.

The house is less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and Mutley Plain and Central Park is a 5 minute walk.

There is on road parking outside the house which requires an annual permit (£45.00).

The Council Tax band is B, however this and all other bills are inclusive.

You will be sharing the house with me the owner and one other working professional.

Sorry no pets, but smoking is acceptable.
