I work from home 3 days a week and the other 2 I'm in the office and Harry goes to doggy day care.

Double room furnished with double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, small desk and wardrobe.

Facilities include shared use of kitchen, lounge, diner, bathroom, and garden. Unrestricted on-street parking available. Fibre Broadband (37 mbps).

Location is green, quiet and peaceful. Local amenities include: 5 minute walk to a little row of shops (Co-op, post office, café, takeaways, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, pubs, hairdressers and more); 2 minute walk from woodlands, fields, park; Less than 10 minutes drive to Wembury beach, Bovisand, Jenny Cliff, Mount Batten. On a well-serviced bus route to the City Centre.

I am 42, employed in community support work, enjoy sharing my home with others which I have done during my whole 12 years of home ownership, and am friendly and outdoorsy. Harry is a curious, friendly, floofy 3 year old cockapoos who loves humans. Oscar is a lap cat once he gets to know you. Looking to share with a reliable, easy going, friendly, clean, tidy, respectful person in this non-smoking household. Must like pets!

Rent is £595pcm, inclusive of utility bills, council tax and wi-fi. Deposit and references required.
