Looking to rent my house short term while I’m away. I have 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room and lounge.

This would suit 3 friends or I can fill the rooms separately.

I live in a separate annex at the back of the house so won’t be using the main house although may share the washing machine.

You’ll have a furnished, large double bedroom in a victorian house with high ceilings and lots of space. Room comes with a lock and key.

You have your own kitchen, dining and living room, equipped with all the appliances you’ll need.

Roku TV and wifi provided.

~ 2 minute walk to beaumont, tothill or freedom fields park
- 10 mintes to town
~ Dishwasher, washing machine, 2 ovens, coffee machine
~ Free parking
~ co-op, fish and chips and hairdressers, cash machine all visible from house

This would suit someone looking for a flexible let. Potentially for working away or whilst finding something more permanent. I rent the house as a holiday let in the summer so for the right person there’s a possibility of staying until March.
